The contract/services agreement has a variety of schedule of rates for variable event day cleaning (Pre-Event, During Event, and Post Event Cleaning Services), variable optional high rise (internal and external) window cleaning and variable additional cleaning services which can be requested by Venues NSW via its Authorised Representatives as and when required during the term of the services agreement to me operational demands and future requirements.

Description of any provisions under which the contract may be renegotiated

The contract/services agreement has one extension/further term of 3-years from the expiry date of the initial term.
