Fixed Wing Transport Services - 0800903-BAFO

The requirement covers the provision of five (5) new aircraft, 3 x King Air B200C with full Raisbeck platinum conversion kit and 2 x King Air B350C, with aeromedical fit out by Total Aerospace Solutions, all operating out of the ASNSW facility at Mascot Airport. 
The Contractor is also required to provide pilot services and maintenance of the aircraft.  
The Contractor will be required to ensure two (2) operational Aircraft and adequate flight crew are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week. 
At least one of these must be the King Air 350C type. 
A further two (2) operational Aircraft and adequate flight crew are to be available between 0600 and 2400 hours, seven days per week. 
The Specification provided in RFT 0800903 and your response to the RFT Specification are unchanged other than the Aircraft configuration, the hours of availability mentioned above and the inclusion of the Raisbeck platinum conversion kit for the smaller Aircraft type.

Pre-Qualified / Invited - Only those directly invited to tender, may obtain an RFT for the purpose of lodging a tender response. Generally an invitation from a pre-qualified register of approved tenderers who have the ability to undertake the particular work or type of work proposed, a limited number of service providers are known to carry out the work or service (or in emergency or other restricted situations). Tenderers have usually been pre-qualified, accredited, or selected for the type of work and financial range. Competitive bids called from a standing offer (panel / period) contracts would also use this type.
