Expression of Interest (EOI) for Property & Facilities Management Services Managing Contract

The purpose of this Expressions of Interest (EOI) is to obtain responses from organisations that possess the necessary skills and capabilities to perform property management, facilities management and deliver minor capital works projects under a Managing Contract for the State Property Authority.

The NSW State Government established the State Property Authority (SPA) in September 2006 as a corporation designed to specialise in the acquisition, management and disposal of Government owned property. SPA is currently in a transition phase whereby portfolios of government properties are being vested to it for management.

The EOI responses will be assessed on the experience and capacity of the organisations to perform the Services and their understanding of SPA and its requirements. Following assessment of the EOIs, a list will be compiled of selected respondents who may be invited to participate on one or more subsequent Requests for Tenders.
