This contract was awarded to No To Violence Limited for delivery of the NSW Men’s Telephone Counselling and Referral Service (MTCRS) since launch in November 2013.

The MTCRS in NSW is a 24/7 self-referral phone support services where callers are assessed and appropriate referrals made, primarily to Men’s Behavioural Change Programs (MBCP) operating in sites across NSW.
