This contract is to implement a new "Contact Centre as a Service" (CCaaS) centred around a long-term, world class, cloud–based, contact centre solution. One that could morph over time to keep pace with changing CPHL business requirements whilst at the same time it, or one of its stablemates from the same vendor, could ideally be used by other parts of Department of Community Justice (DCJ) and/or the other members of the Stronger Communities Cluster.
