Tender Details

All NSW Courts and Tribunals are required to keep a record of the court from which an official transcript can be produced. Transcripts need to be provided to a high quality and in a reasonable time to meet the needs of the court and parties. This ranges from provision of daily transcripts for multi day matters to longer time frames for less urgent matters. Failure to provide high quality transcripts in a timely manner can lead to court delays in case preparation.

The main Service to be available under this panel is the provision of high-quality court Transcripts that the Service Provider produces within the requested Turnaround Times based on audio Recordings and Log Notes made available through the Department.

The following Core Services are services to be offered by all panellists:

•Transcription Services with a turnaround time of same day, next day, 3 days, 5 days and 10 days.

•Transcription related administrative Services, including Quality Assurance Services and Panel and Performance Management Services. 

The following Services are optional services providing overflow capacity to the Department and may or may not be offered by all panellists:

•Recording and remote monitoring services

•Realtime Transcription services.

Organisations who have not registered on Procurement Central will not be able to access the tender information once it has been released. If you have already registered on Procurement Central, you are not required to register again.

Please note, you are still required to sign and return the confidentiality and privacy deed to access the tender as per step 1 above even if your organisation is registered on procurement central.

The Enforceable Procurement Provision Direction applies for this tender opportunity.
