Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC) is seeking a capable organisation to take on the auspice of advocacy services from an existing provider to continue support for residents during the redevelopment / closure of these residences. Rydalmere and Westmead residents are requiring assistance to access resources and support for a quality of life, increasing their awareness of opportunities for participation in the community, ensuring their rights are exercised and safeguarded and supporting their capacity for self expression. Support will also be provided to residents as they move through the transition process to community based housing.
