NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Family Support Service - Early Intervention & Placement Preservation Program - Child Youth & Family Model - CS2101201

The Child Youth & Family support model is targeted towards families with children and/or young people who are experiencing vulnerabilities that could impact on their capacity to adequately protect and care for their children if not addressed, but are below the threshold for risk of significant harm. Under the EIPP Program these families will be provided with a range of supports which may include advice and referral, case management, counselling, home visiting and group services such as skills and parenting programs.

Community Services invites Tenders for the provision of services defined in this request For Tender information package. Community Services is responsible for conducting the Tender process which will be consistent with the NSW Government’s Code of Practice for Procurement.

 

Details of the required services are outlined in the draft service specification document/s (Appendix C, which forms part of this Tender Information Package). The final service specification for each service will be negotiated with the preferred service provider/s identified through this Tender process.

 

The successful service provider will be required to assume responsibilities for clients of the service/s from 1^st July 2012
