Tender Details

The Airds Bradbury Renewal Project involves the comprehensive renewal of the Airds Bradbury social housing estate. The Project will be jointly procured by the NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LHC) and Housing NSW (the Agencies). The LHC is managing the Project on behalf of the Agencies.

Since the project was announced in November 2011, the LHC has held a number of meetings with interested parties. The feedback has been analysed and with refinements made to the EOI document.

The EOI document, available to download, outlines the project and the proposed public private partnership. The PPP services are:

Social housing services:

  • management and integration services
  • tenancy management services
  • tenancy support services
  • community engagement services
  • community renewal services
  • facilities management services
  • building services
  • rehousing services
  • temporary housing services
  • acquisition services

Development services.

The EOI document also explains the procurement process, how interested parties are to prepare and lodge their EOI responses and how the responses will be assessed.

Estimated Timeframe for Delivery

Any resulting PPP contract is likely to be for a period of about 30 years with development services over a 15-year period and the other services for a further 15 years. Feedback is sought from industry as to the optimal term for the agreement.
