Additional Details / Instructions
Resitech is a service agency of the Housing NSW, and manages the acquisition of residential land and housing properties throughout the New South Wales.
Real Estate agents / developers & public are invited to submit offers to sell properties that meet the Preferred Suburbs & Description of dwelling in the detailed documents
An identical job number will be created for one property
Agents submitting offers must hold a current agency agreement and must nominate the asking price
Offers submitted will be assessed on the suitability of the property and reasonableness of the asking price.
A List of respondents will be published on eTendering website within 7 days after the tender closes.
A Resitech Officer will contact the respondent for further investigation if the property meets the listed criteria.
If a suitable property cannot be found, the job number will be placed again in the next round of requests until the brief is met. Please do not resubmit the same property information for the same job number. It will not be considered again.

Steps for downloading the brief:
1. Click “DOWNLOAD A SOFTCOPY- Free” to download the brief and the Returnable Schedule. The Returnable Schedule package includes (1) Real Estate Agency Details and Property Description, (2) Provision of Digital Photograph(s) & (3) Certification by Real Estate Agent
2. Log in if you are existing user or register if you are new user
Steps for submitting your information:
1. Please submit only one returnable schedule for an individual job number. You can attach more than one property’s information on each returnable schedule.
2. Please ensure you have completed the Returnable Schedules including photograph(s) and signed the Certification. Accepted files format shall be Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) or Word (.doc). File size shall be restricted to 30MB.
3. Please give a file name to your file as
"Job No. - LGA - your trading company name (or your full name if do not have a company) - RFT number"
e.g. BF456 - Newcastle - XYZ Real Estate - Resitech.N.09.RD1 or
BF456 - Newcastle - Adam Smith - Resitech.N.09.RD1
