Tender Details

EOI for developers and building contractors to design and construct a purpose built building at Camperdown for homeless people based on the successful New York common ground model.

The project seeks to provide a mix of permanent accommodation for homeless people and affordable housing, including key workers, students or similar. NSW Housing will facilitate the provision of support services to the homeless tenants by other government and non-government agencies therefore the building will need to accommodate a range of service providers.

This project will appeal to organisations that have strong corporate social responsibility business objectives.
