NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Telopea Urban Renewal Project - community consultation services - HOG11/38070

The Project Development unit, in collaboration with the Greater Western Sydney Region of Housing NSW, has developed the Telopea Urban Renewal Strategy for the renewal of the public housing estate in Telopea. The strategy aims to transform the ageing public housing estate into the vibrant place with the community of different backgrounds and accommodation that better meet the needs of residents.

The proposed redevelopment is the opportunity to develop housing stock that is more in line with existing and future demand in particular meeting the needs of tenants with disabilities and allowing ageing in place.

The community consultation engagement includes two stages. Stage 1 includes the preparation of a community engagement plan and setting up a community information group. Stage 2 (if undertaken) includes the  implementation of the community engagement plan.

Selective Tenders - An invitation to tender that is made to a limited number of tenderers, from a Pre-qualified Panel. Tenderers are pre-qualified, for an ongoing program of works or services, on a proven record of satisfactory performance in the category for which tenders are sought.

Three firms are invited to prepare and submit tenders for these services. The firms are:
