NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Employee Assistance Program - VMG-09-01

NSW Businesslink Pty Ltd is requesting proposals from suitably qualified organisations to provide an Employee Assistance Program including professional counselling services for staff and at times their immediate families, which will help them to maintain a healthy lifestyle/work balance, and to resolve problems in a comfortable, neutral and confidential manner.

The scope of this Employee Assistance Program is to provide the following:

·  General counselling

·  Serious incident management

·  Serious incident follow up support services

·  Manager Helpline

·  Organisational Support

·  Regular innovative reporting

·  Internet Based self-help web site

·  Provision of a formal and informal feedback mechanism

The successful vendor will have demonstrated expertise and experience in the implementation and delivery of an Employee Assistance Program.

The selected vendor will work with delegates from NSW Businesslink Pty Ltd and its client agencies in planning the implementation of an Employee Assistance Program. NSW Businesslink Pty Ltd is the managing agent for its client agencies and itself.

Pre-Qualified / Invited - Only those directly invited to tender, may obtain an RFT for the purpose of lodging a tender response. Tenderers have usually been pre-qualified, accredited, or selected for the type of work and financial range. Competitive bids called from a standing offer (panel / period) contracts would also use this type.
