The Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care is seeking applications from suitably qualified organisations to deliver Transition to Work services for specific locations and population groups where there is limited or no supply of services. These areas are situated in the following Local Planning Areas - North Sydney, Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Illawarra (identified as Southern in the Request for Tender and Application form), Southern Highlands and Riverina/Murray.
