Tender Details

The Specialised Fire Safety Services (SFSS) tender will implement contracts with a focus on the servicing, testing, inspection and maintenance of specialised fire safety systems installed in LAHC’s portfolio of high, medium and some low-rise buildings with complex fire safety systems across NSW.

The contract will service approximately 580 buildings containing around 13,000 units.

Outcomes expected from the SFSS Contracts include:

• Exercising best practices in relation to fire safety;

• Maintain assets to suitable standard, in accordance with all statutory requirements;

• high performance through an audit, compliance and key performance indicator regime;

• Minimise the exposure of LAHC and tenants to risk; and

• Obtain value for money and pricing transparency.

The SFSS Contracts will deliver:

• A comprehensive inspection and maintenance regime by which LAHC’s fire safety systems are maintained to the required standard and performance;

• Documentation of fire safety systems maintained and updated; and

• An Audit, Quality Assurance, Compliance and KPI regime which reflects requirements in respect of inspections; record-keeping and documentation; reporting and rectification; and annual condition reports.

The SFSS Contracts are intended to commence in July 2024, with an initial term of 5 years with three discretionary options to extend the contracts to a maximum permissible term of 10 years.

Steps for submitting your tender:
