NSW Businesslink Pty Ltd issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for selection of a suitable vendor(s) to provide Siebel Capabilities services.

Businesslink provides business services within the NSW public sector servicing the client needs of the Human Services sector comprising predominantly Aboriginal Affairs NSW (AANSW), Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO), Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC), Community Services (CS), Housing NSW (HNSW), and Juvenile Justice (JJ).

This RFP requirement is comprised of staff augmentation for Siebel application support and maintenance services, Siebel development services, development of new capabilities & services and general technical requirements. The successful vendor will be required to provide time and materials expertise in a number of technologies and disciplines that relate to the CRM requirements of NSW Department of Human Services.

Businesslink is seeking to select a suitable vendor to provide additional capacity for existing Siebel capabilities. This requirement is to cater for peak workloads in skill areas that already exist in Businesslink. Siebel development services require services that Businesslink may leverage in any engagement. The successful respondent will be expected to assist in the development of new capabilities and enhance others within the current Businesslink Siebel Practice. General technical requirements are applicable across all the above.

Pre-Qualified / Invited - Only those directly invited to tender, may obtain an RFT for the purpose of lodging a tender response. Generally an invitation from a pre-qualified register of approved tenderers who have the ability to undertake the particular work or type of work proposed, a limited number of service providers are known to carry out the work or service (or in emergency or other restricted situations). Tenderers have usually been pre-qualified, accredited, or selected for the type of work and financial range. Competitive bids called from a standing offer (panel / period) contracts would also use this type.
