NSW Department of Communities and Justice / OHS Assessment - VMG-09-02

NSW Businesslink Pty Ltd (Businesslink) is a shared services provider to three large agencies within the NSW public sector. As such it has a requirement to provide its clients with a common and uniform solution for OH&S incident logging and management to a distributed staff base of approximately 20,000 spread across all areas of NSW.

NSW Businesslink is seeking quotations from vendors to undertake the following work: 

·          Identify detailed client OH&S system and business requirements.

·          Identify detailed legal compliance requirements.

·          Analyse the existing SAP OH&S system usability and identify the current gaps.

·          Identify opportunities for SAP OH&S system improvements or an alternative software solution.

·          Determine the suitability of the proposed OH&S application to meet the outlined requirements.

·          Deliver a recommendation of potential applications that meet the requirements 

The successful vendor will have knowledge and expertise of appropriate risk management practices in order to identify and manage risk. 

NSW Businesslink Pty Ltd will make available to the successful vendor the:

·          OH&S Agency Staff for workshops

·          SAP OH&S system environment

NSW Regions: Central West, Far West, Hunter, Illawarra, Mid North Coast, Murray, Murrumbidgee, Northern, North Western, Richmond Tweed, South Eastern, Sydney

Pre-Qualified / Invited - Only those directly invited to tender, may obtain an RFT for the purpose of lodging a tender response. Generally an invitation from a pre-qualified register of approved tenderers who have the ability to undertake the particular work or type of work proposed, a limited number of service providers are known to carry out the work or service (or in emergency or other restricted situations). Tenderers have usually been pre-qualified, accredited, or selected for the type of work and financial range. Competitive bids called from a standing offer (panel / period) contracts would also use this type.
