A tender for $6 million of projects under Debt Equity 2006-07 was announced on 6 June 2007. This is the second round of funding to be released under the Affordable Housing Innovations Fund. Eligible projects will involve a registered community housing provider purchasing or developing affordable housing using a combination of grant funds, their own equity and debt finance.
