Additional Details / Instructions
It is proposed that the replacement of ceiling including grid will be carried out at the same time as the electrical upgrade - the schedule of works and timetable for the electrical works will need to be done in conjunction with the ceiling replacement - the date/s of work will need to agreed with the ceiling contractor. Site inspections can be made by contacting the contact officer. It is envisaged that the majority of works will need to be carried out after hours and on weekend/s as the office will be occupied
