T3022006/004 - Lawns, Grounds, Gardens & Common Area Cleaning Works & Management - Coffs Harbour, Sawtell, Boambee, Woolgoolga - Tenant Employment.
Tender Call from non-profit, local government and other organisations to auspice of one or more locations for Lawns, Grounds and Common Area Cleaning Maintenance to Department of Housing Properties. The contracts will run for two years, from 1 October 2007 to 30 September 2009. As part of the contract, the successful contractor for each location will need to develop a team of workers, drawn from unemployed or under-employed tenants of public and community housing, and employ them to carry out the lawns and grounds and common area cleaning works contained within the contract area.
Tenderers are required to comply with the New South Wales procurement policy and must be appropriately licensed in accordance with the relevant authority.
Please note that it is a requirement of this contract to attend a compulsory information briefing session which will be conducted by the Department on the following dates:
Tuesday 14 August 2007 from 2.00pm to 4.00pm
at Coffs Harbour Department of Housing Office,
1st Floor, 51 Moonee Street, Coffs Harbour (Coffs Harbour & Grafton contracts)

Thursday 16 August 2007 from 2.00pm to 4.00pm
at Tweed Heads Department of Housing Office,
69 Wharf Street, Tweed Heads (Tweed Heads contract)
