The Care Call NSW program will deliver a flexible and streamlined daily telephone monitoring service that has the infrastructure and capacity to deliver daily telephone calls for up to 1,500 frail older social housing tenants across NSW.
In addition, Care Call NSW will deliver initiatives aimed at linking older social housing tenants to the human services system and networks to increase social connectedness and enhance their well-being. This is particularly important for tenants who may be more isolated because, although eligible, they do not have a telephone and/or cannot identify people who can act as key contacts.
