The Southern Redevelopment Projects are ten projects to be released in two stages across the NSW South Coast and Southern Highlands. The first release covers five sites ranging in size from approximately 841sqm to 11,000sqm in Bowral, Bulli, Batemans Bay and Narooma.
Housing NSW is seeking to unlock the value of each of the sites while at the same time improving its housing stock. Housing NSW is now calling for registrations of interst (ROI) from developors to create projects which are market-driven in planning, design, construction and sales.
