Tender Details
The Major Projects Directorate, a division of Housing NSW, is undertaking the Project on behalf of Housing NSW, the Principal. MPD has appointed Thinc Projects Australia as Project Manager with responsibility to deliver the project.
Tenders are only invited from the short-listed Consultants from the Expression of Interest stage (MPD 105/013107). Tenderers are to submit Tenders for both the civil engineering and structural engineering design disciplines described in this RFT. Please note from the EOI, Tenderers that submit Tenders for only one discipline WILL NOT be considered.
The successful Tenderer will be awarded the Contract to complete the civil and/or structural engineering design, based on the draft Conditions of Agreement contained in this Request for Tender. Housing NSW reserves the right to award the civil engineering and structural engineering discipline packages on an individual basis.
