Detailed Proposals are invited from the short-listed Proponents from the Expression of Interest stage (MPD/001906). Detailed Proposals received from any other organisations will not be considered.
The Land comprises an unimproved allotment of approximately 1.252 hectares and is approximately 7 kilometres south east of the Sydney CBD. It adjoins Brigidine College and Convent and has three street frontages: St Pauls Street, Daintrey Crescent and Coogee Bay Road.
The Department is seeking the most appropriate not for profit or private sector organisation to develop the Land, having regard to the social utility of this Project.
The Successful Proponent will be required to provide total delivery of the Project, including project finance, design, obtaining all approvals, construction, commissioning and, where agreed, provision of ongoing services in relation to the Department Stock, and Department Stock residents.
