The Procure to Pay is a strategic initiative of NSW Businesslink Pty Ltd to align and streamline all procurement related business activities. NSW Businesslink Pty Ltd is seeking a vendor that will help identify and develop an e Procurement solution for NSW Businesslink Pty Ltd with potential for supplying services to its clients such as Department of Housing, Department of Community Services and Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care. The successful vendor will be highly experienced in meeting the following business objectives of NSW Businesslink Pty Ltd.:
  • Define the Businesslink Strategy for better value and cost savings with improved procurement processes and workflows.
  • Position Businesslink as a leader in shared services offering efficient procurement processes and cost saving to clients.
  • Project accomplishment in alignment with newly introduced Prince 2 methodologies including benefits realization comprehensively investigated through the rigour of a formal Business Case.
  • Develop and implement, through appropriate change management processes, the required business processes to support a streamlined and automated procure to pay business model.
