NSW Department of Communities and Justice / RFP for the Riverwood North Urban Renewal Project - MPD108/032009

Requests for proposals for the Riverwood North urban renewal project. The Project has two phases:

Phase 1

• prepare a concept plan (and subsequent development approval of the plan) for about 600 dwellings and as well as proposed libirary and community centre.
  
deliver a minimum of 150 social housing units to Housing NSW

Phase 2

• undertake the agreed works for the private dwellings. 

 

Invited proponents 
Three proponents short-listed from an earlier request for expressions of interest are invited to prepare and submit proposals. They are:

• Dyldam Developments Pty Ltd (ABN 53 003 408 008) and Maincom Pty Ltd (ABN 23 080 619 174)
  
• Payce Consolidated Limited (ABN 19 001 566 310)*
  
• Watpac Developments Pty Ltd (ABN 51 011 003 795) and TSA Management Pty Ltd (ABN 71 099 000 272)

 

 

 

 

 

* NOTE: Vivas Lend Lease Pty Ltd (ABN 132 933 0495) and AMP Capital Investors Ltd (ABN 59 001 777 591) withdrew and were replaced by Payce Consolidated, the nominated reserve.

Proposals from any other firms will not be considered.

Pre-Qualified / Invited - Only those directly invited to tender, may obtain an RFT for the purpose of lodging a tender response. Generally an invitation from a pre-qualified register of approved tenderers who have the ability to undertake the particular work or type of work proposed, a limited number of service providers are known to carry out the work or service (or in emergency or other restricted situations). Tenderers have usually been pre-qualified, accredited, or selected for the type of work and financial range. Competitive bids called from a standing offer (panel / period) contracts would also use this type.
