Tender Details

Requests for proposals for the Kamira Court urban renewal project. The Project has two phases:

Phase 1

  • prepare a structure plan (and subsequent development approval of the plan) for about 427 social housnig and private dwellings
  • deliver up to 120 social housing units to Housing NSW

Phase 2

  • undertake the agreed works for the private dwellings. 

 

 

Invited proponents
Three short-listed proponents from an earlier request for expressions of interest are invited to prepare and submit proposals. They are:

  • Dyldam Developments Pty Ltd (ABN 53 003 408 008) and Maincom Pty Ltd (ABN 23 080 619 174)
  • The Villawood Town Centre Pty Ltd (ABN 25 266 501 029)
  • Watpac Developments Pty Ltd (ABN 51 011 003 795) and TSA Management Pty Ltd (ABN 71 099 000 272)

Proposals from any other firms will not be considered.

RFT Type

Pre-Qualified / Invited - Only those directly invited to tender, may obtain an RFT for the purpose of lodging a tender response. Generally an invitation from a pre-qualified register of approved tenderers who have the ability to undertake the particular work or type of work proposed, a limited number of service providers are known to carry out the work or service (or in emergency or other restricted situations). Tenderers have usually been pre-qualified, accredited, or selected for the type of work and financial range. Competitive bids called from a standing offer (panel / period) contracts would also use this type.
