Tender Details

The upcoming Specialised Fire Safety Services (SFSS) tender will implement contracts with a focus on the servicing, testing, inspection and maintenance of specialised fire safety systems installed in LAHC’s portfolio of high, medium and low-rise buildings with complex fire safety systems across NSW.

Prior to the release of the SFSS Tender, LAHC is conducting a Market Sounding.

The Market Sounding is designed to:

• Provide industry with an overview of the services required (scope) and proposed contract.

• Generate market interest in the upcoming tender.

• Obtain data regarding the experience, company profile and interest from prospective tenderers via a Registration of Interest (ROI).

• Obtain feedback / intelligence from the market to inform the ‘go to market approach’.

• Provide tender lodgement requirements to the prospective tenderers when the SFSS Tender is released (via the BuyNSW e-tender portal).

The Market Sounding will run for approximately three-weeks and will include:

• A Pre-Tender Information Pack available for download via the Buy.NSW website.

• An Industry Briefing conducted virtually via MS Teams.

The ability for prospective tenderers to submit their Registration of Interest (ROI) before the closing date.

• Download and review the Pre-Tender Information Pack.

• Register to attend the SFSS Industry Briefing.

• Complete and submit the SFSS Registration of Interest.

• Ensure organisations are ‘Signed up’ and all details are current on the buy.nsw Supplier Hub to ensure they can receive any updates on the Market Sounding and can opt in to be notified when the SFSS Tender is released.

Note that participation in any or all aspects of the Market Sounding are not required for submission of a tender for the SFSS contract.
