NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Evaluation of Services Accessed by Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (DADHC) Clients - DADHC.08.82

As part of the Stronger Together, the NSW Government’s plan for the growth of disability services, DADHC is seeking to place greater control, choice and scope of services to the person with a disability and their family/carer, through the development of a model of individualised funding, or packaged support.

As a consequence, DADHC is conducting a request for tender for an organisation or consortium to evaluate current supports and services received by DADHC clients and potential clients, and to investigate future needs and effective models of packaged support.
