Services sought are part of a reform project aimed at the urban renewal of the social housing areas to improve housing affordability. The project is funded through the Housing Affordability Fund (HAF). The objective is to prepare a group asset plan for the Chester Hill housing precinct and a master plan for the Villawood East housing precinct.

Three firms from Housing NSW's panel of strategic planners are invited to prepare and submit tenders for these services. The firms are:

- PTW Architects
- SJB Urban NSW
Tenders from organisations not invited will not be considered.
