NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Evaluation of the Leaving Care Program - DADHC.09.18

The Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (DADHC) is seeking applications from organisations/consultants to undertake an evaluation of the Leaving Care Program.

 

The Leaving Care Program assists young people with a disability to transition from the parental responsibility of the Minister for Community Services to live as independently as possible. 

 

The evaluation is to commence in June 2009 and will be finalised by June 2010, and will consider the results that have been achieved to date as well as identifying the critical factors for successes and the barriers that limit the achievement of the Programs intended outcomes.
