Tender Details

Restricted practice in NSW must be authorised by a Restrictive Practices Authorisation (RPA) Panel comprising the NDIS provider (s) and an independent behaviour support practitioner (s), where it is set out in a positive behaviour support plan that meets NDIS Commission standards and where the person with disability (or substitute decision-maker) consent to use of restrictive practice.

This will be an open tender so that NSW fulfils its obligations under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework (the Framework). The Framework was agreed to by all States at COAG in December 2016.
