Department of Education / Student Administration and Learning Management Solution (EOI) - DETPD0906

The NSW Department of Education and Training (DET) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) in order to assess market capability and capacity for its requirement for a modern, integrated, fully functional Student Administration and Learning Management (SALM) solution for DET.

DET welcomes responses from product vendors, partnerships, consortia and integrators. This could include those vendors who offer a wide range of SALM functionality as well as those who offer specialised or niche solutions appropriate for DET’s needs. 

The EOI forms part of a strategy to review business processes and develop best practice approaches with an end goal of improved integration of line of business applications and the provision of a more robust and reliable DET business systems platform.  The EOI will therefore inform a longer-term DET systems implementation strategy, the first stage of which focuses on student administration solutions.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
