Tender Details

The NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) conducts high-stakes examinations in 750+ examination centres across NSW. Impacting the success of the HSC examinations operation is the secure delivery and collection of live examination papers to all metropolitan and regional security centres, and the transport of non-secure examination materials and student projects to and from schools.

Integral to the scope of the examination process is the security of the exam papers during all phases of delivery and collection, and the scale of requirements for each activity. The security of exam papers is of paramount importance and the selected courier service provider will need to be able to demonstrate that they have the resource capacity and organisation capability to meet the Specific Functional and Detailed Performance Outcomes detailed in the EOI document
