Tender Details

In order to scale the Digital Curriculum website to meet the demands of the NSW Curriculum Reform program, NESA wants to perform the following updates:
•    Machine Readable Curriculum
•    New features to enable syllabus publication
•    Technical improvements
•    Further improvements to Word/print file feature
•    User experience improvements

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Advanced Membership in ICT Services Scheme SCM0020 (prequalified in “M06 Web design and content management services including delivery as a service” Subcategory) is mandatory requirement for vendors to be eligible to submit a tender response

NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) is not bound to accept the lowest priced or most favourable RFT response and reserves each of the following rights:
a)    to accept a proposal in full or in part;
b)    to reject any proposal;
c)    to cancel the RFT and/or issue a new RFT;
d)    to accept a proposal from a third party, even if it has not been invited to respond to this RFT;
e)    to accept a proposal whether or not it complies with this RFT;
f)    to conduct a briefing session, seek information from a Respondent or third party, or further quote process upon such terms and conditions as it sees fit from time to time; and
g)    to vary a timetable;
