Tender Details

The Department of Education, through School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) requires the services of a new Facilities Maintenance contractor for each of the eight NSW Asset Management Units (AMU). There will be a maximum of two AMU regions awarded to any individual tenderer.

The successful tenderers will be a service delivery partner to ensure the quality delivery of Proactive and Reactive Maintenance Services to Department of Education sites across NSW. The new contract is designed to create business and employment opportunities for small, medium and Aboriginal business in local communities.

A critical initial deliverable is the procurement on behalf of SINSW of local (trade) contractors to provide the maintenance services.

A general briefing will be held on the objectives and important attributes of tender. A short break will be followed by a presentation on completion of Aboriginal Participation commitments
