TAFE NSW - Sydney Institute seeks to promote an emphasis on freshly prepared healthy foods of a variety to meet the broad needs of its staff & students. Each food & beverage outlet must offer a wide variety of meals, which provide a balanced intake of all essential nutrients and food groups. An adequate selection of meals & refreshments must be available to cater for religious, ethnic, or dietary specific requirements.
