Tender Details
This procurement seeks to:
- Engage a successful Tenderer to manage all operations of the Hurlstone Agricultural High (HAHS) School boarder commercial kitchen and dining rooms for our boarder community, and provide all labour, foodstuffs, consumables, request maintenance/repair of equipment, and manage linen and sundries;
- Contract a suitably qualified supplier that can provide quality catering services to HAHS each day of term during the scholastic year, and possess empirical experience servicing a boarding and/or residential facility;
- Without limitations, engage a supplier to cater for the provision of breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and supper, including individual specific culinary requirements to boarding students and staff;
- Achieve Value for Money through the competitive procurement process;
- Establish a Schedule of Rates; and
- Contract for an initial term of three (3) years, with two (2) one-year extension options.
