The objective of this procurement is to:

• Secure an external provider to prepare a Detailed Business Case

• Engage the external provider between August 2022 and February 2023

• Completion and delivery of the Detailed Business Case to TAFE NSW by 30 December 2022

• Submission of the Detailed Business Case to the 2023-24 NSW Budget Process.

• Approval of the Detailed Business Case, including funding for implementation, in the 2023-24 Budget
