Tender Details
The Program will be trialled in three priority Statistical Area 3 locations: Campbelltown, Coffs Harbour and Dubbo.
The Program will be delivered by contracted external suppliers (program partners) who will deliver the program activities across two sequential stages to a maximum of 127 eligible ECEC services.
Stage 1 of the program will be procured through an open RFT. The successful tenderer will:
• Develop a needs and gaps analysis tool and Action Plan template
• Conduct site visits and follow up phone calls to facilitate gaps and needs analysis and completion of Action Plans
• Facilitate Communities of Practice
• Provide a detailed and specific report of Stage 2 recommendations and summary of Action Plans
• Provide a detailed and specific budget for the delivery of all Stage 2 activities for participating services
• Facilitate access to and coordination of Stage 2 activities
• Track service Action Plans through follow up reviews
