The works include demolition of interrnal walls creation of larger rooms, provision of doors and windows. A wing of the timber framed building is to be extended to form a staff amenities room. The timber garage is to be replaced with a new slab and a lightweight prefabricated steel structure. Main switchboard is to be replaced - supplied by TAFE. External painting of all structures on the site.
