Tender Details
The general Building work required will be minor installations, urgent repairs, general repairs, maintenance and the like to the following building elements:
"Roofs, awnings and covered outdoor learning areas
"Walls and partition walls
"Ceilings and soffits; internal and external
"Movement joints
"Handrails, balustrades and ladders
"Windows, doors and shutters (including folding doors); internal and external
"Floor coverings; internal and external
"Ceiling coverings; internal and external
"Fitments (including fixed furniture)
"Shading devices and windbreaks
"External movement areas
"Fencing, gates and grilles
"Retaining walls
Provide a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week Building service as outlined in this contract.
To provide this service, the contractor will be required to have email access, a fixed or mobile facsimile machine plus a mobile phone or pager, available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
The Contractor will be called out by the College Representative to undertake work in accordance with a brief scope of work for each job.
