The security services shall include:- Static security officers; Mobile patrols; Response to after-hours security alarms; Operation of electronic intruder alarm and access control system; 24 hour monitoring of the electronic intruder alarm and access control system; and, on Campus Cash Transfer service.

Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

This web site contains the Request for Tender document only. The RFT document contains the tender form and the conditions of the tender process. The Service Agreement documents which describe in detail the extent of the work can be obtained by contacting the Contact Officer, Tony Parsons, between 9:00am and 4:00pm on business days on 02 6659 3072. Service Agreement documents will only be issued to tenderers upon their signing a Confidentially Deed and submitting a certified copy of their Master Security Licence.
Each Tenderer shall inspect the site of the proposed works accompanied by the Contact Officer. Attendance by Tenderers at a site inspection meeting is mandatory. Failure to attend will result in the tender being passed over. The Request for Tender document contains contact details for a site inspection.
Documents issued by Tony Parsons at CHEC after Tenderers complete the Confidentiality Deed and submit a certified copy of a current Master Security Licence.
