SINSW would like to establish a Standing Offer Panel of suppliers who are able to provide 3D Fly Through Animation services to enable SINSW to choose from an approved list of suppliers as and when the services are required.
SINSW require the professional services of an Architectural Animator Panel for the purpose of standardising the production of SINSW photo realistic project fly-through renders in video and still/image format for new and upgraded school construction projects.
