The structure has been designed to take advantage of energy efficiency, provide environmental enhancement and waste minimisation. Conservation of resources and use of materials from sustainable sources will be a feature of construction.
The project has been funded through the Australian Government Better TAFE Facilities Funding and Training Infrastructure Investment for Tomorrow grant.

A non-mandatory meeting will be held on the site on Friday , 2nd October 2009 at 2:30pm Tenderers will have opportunity to meet the project team and ask questions relevant to the project and the tender documentation.
