Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Preparation of Revitalisation Plan for Luddenham town centre - 20.0000303606.2141

Tenders are invited to undertake background studies and prepare a revitalisation plan for Luddenham town centre. The work consists of the preparation of a plan which will recommend the draft vision and strategies to create a progressive, colourful, vibrant and engaging local centre that is comfortable and well connected to the surrounding area and facilities. The revitalisation plan will be a tool which will help Councils and other organisations for the future implementation of a vibrant town centre.

Two pre-tender meetings and site inspection will be held at 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm on Wednesday 27 January 2021 via Microsoft Teams. Attendance at either one of the meetings is mandatory to submit a confirming tender. Please email thenorthernroad@transport.nsw.gov.au to register for the briefing.
