Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is inviting suitable organisations to submit tenders for a State-wide hire of earthmoving equipment Panel Contract which will run from January 2023
Work will be conducted in accordance with the Tender documents and specifications enclosed. This is a Panel Contract and will result in multiple Tenderers being accepted to the Panel with work being issued as and when required.
Successful tenderers will operate on a panel basis with allocation of work made by TfNSW on the terms set out in the Conditions of Contract. Only those on the panel who have submitted all required documentation would be issued jobs if and when they arise within the region.
All Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement and must be an acceptable legal entity.
All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government's Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).

Tenders must be enclosed in the pre-addressed envelope supplied by TfNSW with the tender documents and placed in the Tender Box or mailed to the address for submission set out in the Tender Reference Schedule as detailed in the Tender Documents.
Conditions for Participation
Organisations seeking to submit a tender must have:
• A registered company
• Acceptance of Conditions of Contract
• Demonstrated capacity to supply the equipment and operators for hire
• Demonstrated capacity to comply with TfNSW Equipment Requirements
• Demonstrated capacity to comply with TfNSW Operator Competency Requirements
• Demonstrated Quality System, Environmental Management & WHS documentation and experience;
• Suitable personnel, plant, equipment, subcontractors and methodology to meet the service delivery plan
• Other requirements as detailed in RFT.
