Collaborative Design Contractor for Henry Lawson Drive Upgrade – Stage 1A (between Auld Avenue and Tower Road).
Registrations of Interest (ROI) are requested to undertake the detailed design for Henry Lawson Drive Upgrade - Stage 1A. The detailed design will be carried out in parallel to the concept design finalisation and environmental determination (by others).
The successful tenderer will be selected through a two phase procurement process. The first phase requires applicants to submit this ROI. A short list of applicants will then be selected from this ROI process and invited to tender for the work.
A pre-tender meeting and site inspection will not be required.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework) and NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code). Copies of the NSW Framework and NSW Code are available at www.procurepoint.nsw.gov.au.
