 Transport for NSW – Coffs Harbour Bypass – Building works for the at-property acoustic treatments – 20.000302555.1234

Tenders are invited from pre-qualified contractors with Transport for NSW under the Prequalification Scheme SCM0256 General Construction Works Up to $1 Million. This work consists of building works for at-property acoustic treatments, which includes:

- Secondary glazing of windows, where existing windows are suitable for installation of secondary glazing

- New acoustically glazed windows, where existing windows are not suitable for secondary glazing including acoustic perimeter seals of windows

- Sliding or hinged glass doors, heavy laminate glazing or secondary glass door, if needed Acoustic perimeter seals to doors and windows

- Mechanical ventilation systems only if there is no other option or solution and requires Principal approval before any offer is made to the property owner

- Insulation

- Acoustic sealing of wall vents and exhausts.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 10am on Wednesday 23 September 2020 via Microsoft Teams. Attendance is not mandatory to submit a conforming tender.
