Tenders are invited for Overhauling of Ferry 1 and Ferry 56 (Tunnels and Ferries) of NSW.

The work under this contract involves overhauling of Ferry 1 at Berowra Waters and Ferry 56 at Mortlake Ferry Crossing, Parramatta River. Both these ferries are currently in operation and are scheduled to undergo three (3) years maintenance.

Tenderers may tender for one or both ferries in this Tender Package. TfNSW reserves the right to segregate the Ferry Works into two packages upon receipt of priced tenders and may award to different tenderers at its sole discretion.

All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government's Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and Implementation Guidelines to the New South Wales Code of Practice for Procurement: Building and Construction (NSW Guidelines).
